I got the opposite estimate $0 vs. $3800 min. from you from an European Motors, they found nothing wrong, whereas you found things to be seriously wrong. Why the difference?

After taking my car to get checked out for a trip, they found motor mount broken and called warranty company to authorize repairs and even had a loaner vehicle for me. It's no wonder I keep coming back. I'm always treated like family.

This was my first call and visit. I spoke to Darian, who was so patient and helpful. The issue was resolved and I will definitely return for any future auto needs. Being a skeptical, female senior, I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

I was very happy with the experience. The person at the front desk was really friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions. They also didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need, which I appreciated. It took a little bit longer than expected -- I went in at 8, hoping to get out around 9 since I was waiting for my car, and they finished around 9:30 -- but it was still in a reasonable range for the services. I will definitely recommend them to friends and use them again!

I give B&C 5 STARS for their work and 5 STARS for their customer service. I have been taking my cars to B&C since the early 90's. I have always been happy with the quality of their work. I trust them completely to make the right decisions regarding the care of my vehicle and their honesty and fairness is second to none. Before coming to B&C, I always worried that some of the service and repairs that were suggested by the service department at the car dealer weren't necessary. I have found the mechanics' advice and service recommendations to be right on and never have I felt that my bill was padded with unnecessary work. Their friendly employees are very professional and caring. Even though B&C is in a location that is inconvenient for me, I am happy to go out of my way for the peace of mind that I have when my car is in their hands. I am afraid that if I say too much more their business will increase so much that it will be hard to get an appointment for service!
