I had a check engine light come up on my dash and set up a time with the dealer and took it in. After plugging in, the issue was a EVAP leak. The advisor gave us a expensive total which was to get it check and make sure it is what it is. I then realize I had purchase a extended warranty (MaxCare) when I bought my car years ago. I feel stupid…I should’ve checked that’s first but never had to use it until now. I called and they gave me a link to find authorize mechanic shop they work with. After searching, B&C Auto came up on the list. I remember we took my husband’s van here before, but that was years ago and we really like them. We call and Steve picked up the phone and we explain to him that a check engine came on and would like to bring in the car to get it checked out and fix. We told him that we had a extended warranty through MaxCare and he said that they work with MaxCare a lot. He even told us they take care of calling MaxCare for approval also. That was a plus plus for me. When we brought in the car to be dropped off Steve was right there at the front desk. He is really friendly, welcoming and listen to everything we wanted to explain to him. Even though we came in for the check engine light issue, we end up wanting a transmission flush replacement done as well. He said they will take a look at that as well and give us a call later on about the price. There was another older gentleman as well which was at the back desk. He was really nice and heard everything we wanted and told us he would make sure to check everything for us. In all, I really like them and will be bringing my car to them from now on.

Excellent service. I called Monday for a brake problem and Derek had me bring my truck in. I was a bit surprised when he called later and said repairs were completed. Well done

As always B&C Auto takes great care of my Auto. I have known them and dealt with them for many years for me and my two Daughters. I brought in a different Auto for the first time for them to replace the spark plugs, etc. Less than 3 hours later it was ready. Wow, I cannot believe the difference. The performance is awesome. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with this auto center. I knew my car needed something but had no idea what it was. An ad from B&C prompted me to check them out. I liked the reviews that were posted about them and they are close to where I live. I decided to give them a try. I left my car with them and in short order got details on what needed to be repaired. They were patient with all my questions. I proceeded to Google about the info they had given me about the repairs, the cost for parts and their labor costs. B&C was well within the range of the Google information I had found so I gave them the go-ahead to do the work. I had my car back the following day. It was obvious to me that they solved my immediate problem. The car definitely runs better and is more quiet. But what I was most impressed about was their honesty about what my car needed overall. They split out what needed to be done immediately and what I will need to have repaired down the road. They could have easily put all the repair work onto one work order. Thank you B&C. I will definitely return to complete my repairs.

Awesome service, as usual! Steve and his team are fast, friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I appreciate that. And they never try to upsell, no matter how long it's been since I was there. That's almost unique these days. I will always recommend B&C to friends, family, and neighbors.
