After two other Auto Centers, one being a Chevy Dealer, attempted to diagnose why My 2006 Chevy Silverado's Engine Light was staying on, with no definite answer, I was referred, by a Family Member, to B & C Auto Service. They were very cordial, and, I felt, honest. They informed Me they would perform a Diagnostic Test, and contact Me, as soon as the problem is determined. I received a call, the following day, and they said they believe they found the problem, and gave Me a High Estimate, and a Low Estimate. They kept it for a week, and called to inform Me the repair was made, and My Vehicle was ready to be picked up. I was a "Satisfied Customer", and, will contact B & C for future maintenance or repairs.

B&C has taken care of me and my Saturn ever since I moved from Los Gatos (6 years ago) to today. I am a graduate engineer and have worked on my own cars when I was younger. I say this as I am familiar with the type of things B&C does and IMHO they have never over charged me for anything. They are courteous, handle things quickly and do an excellent job. I feel very comfortable referring individuals to them as they deserve the 5 Star rating I am giving them.
