I've been going to the wonderful people at B&C Auto for almost 12 years, ever since moving to Willow Glen. They are reliable, reasonably priced, friendly, and respectful. I'm so grateful to them for keeping me and my family safe in our vehicles for so many years. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I wanted to leave a review for you as the last time you worked on my van it was a pleasant and unexpected experience. The fact that you went through my van with such thoroughness made a big difference I wasn't expecting. By repairing the two vacuum leaks, my air condition came on during my drive home. What a relief knowing that I wasn't going to have to tear the dash apart to make that repair myself. Additionally, tightening up the loose plates under the vehicle stopped the noise I was hearing prior to bringing it in. Your team does exceptional work and I Thank You.

My classic '67 VW Bug had just arrived from back east. When I inspected it, I found several problems that I needed fixed before I could register it in California. All the VW shops were booked for months. I called B&C and was told they could take a look at it. So I took it over and was told it would probably be done that day or next. When getting ready to leave and call for a ride, I was presently surprised that they give rides back home to their customers. Great! My second surprise came about 2 hours later. I got a call that my car was ready for pickup. What? Great!! I immediately went and got it and everything had been taken care of. So, thanks again you guys for not only the good work, but the “quick turn around time.”
