It's the simple things that make B & C stand out. I've only been using them for a short time but they know me and the car. There is always a pleasant smile. The feeling that you are their most important customer. Workmanship is clean and professional. Finding a competent auto shop is easy. There are plenty that can do the "work". But finding one that demonstrates they want you as a customer and not just a car to fill up a lift is hard. I trust B & C with something more valuable then my car, my wife's safety.

I have had my 2013 Dart & 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan serviced, oil changes done, gotten everything fixed in a reasonable period of time over the past few years. No problems have occurred to my vehicles that they have been unable to fix, including an almost broken off oil drain pan bolt caused by an exploding truck tire!
