I highly recommend this place! I’ve been coming here for years, & I trust them to give me great service and fair prices. As a woman who doesn’t know a ton about cars I have felt taken advantage of at other repair shops. Not here! Steve has always been honest & fair, & all around just a good guy who’s easy to work with. One of my cars is at 290,000 miles and still going strong thanks to this place!

I was referred to B&C Auto Center by Carmax as a preferred repair shop when my check engine light came on for my 2016 Mini Cooper Clubman. From the time I made my appointment to picking up my car, they were friendly, knowledgeable, understood the "maxcare" warranty, were professional, acted with urgency and care. And as a bonus, when the repair took less time than their estimate, I was charged less for the final bill, a first in all my years of auto repairs!
