First thing that I noticed, was that they called me right away when I requested an appt. Right off the bat, they were attentive and reliable with that simple act. My Toyota Prius was in dire need of repair so I took it in with the sole purpose of addressing one thing in particular, but Steve went above and beyond in addressing other issues that were putting my safety in danger or that I didn't think to ask about. He was thorough, honest, super friendly, always kept good communication and his services were reasonably priced. My car was fixed in a day with no complications. I will MOST DEFINITELY be coming back and highly recommend B&C Auto.

These guys took care of my Turbo ,oil leak ,brake problems and were efficient and fair. I finally got to use my Carmax extended warranty and most of my repairs were covered. The guys kept me informed about my repairs and were excellent at answering all the questions I had. I am now a customer of B&C Auto. I will take my car there even after my warranty expires.
