What a surprisingly excellent experience from beginning to end! It's been so hard to find competent, honest auto service, but B&C more than fit the bill. They scheduled my appointment promptly, handled the service exactly as promised, for a more than fair price--$1000 less than I'd been quoted by the dealer--and let me know about other minor service that will keep my car in good shape. Best experience I've ever had with an automotive center!

funny sound. dropped it off late at night. call comes middle of next day: "head gasket is leaking, so we replaced that and tuned it. Falls under warranty, so no charge" I say, "what warranty? The car is 13 years old!" They reply "Our warranty. We worked on this a couple years back, so we need to make it right." That is why I go to B&C auto!
