definitely a 5-star business! I'm so grateful to have followed up on the coupon which came in the mail for $19.95 oil change. Although the shop is a little hard to find, it is very convenient to me in Willow Glen with a very clean, spacious waiting area both inside & out,plus coffee to enjoy if you're an early morning customer. If you need a courtesy ride to & from work, tgey will provide that service also. The entire " team" is extremely professional and I left knowing I will be a repeat customer. I took my car (2001 Subaru) into dealer for oil change and tire rotation and dealer recommended belt changes and various fluid replacements and brakes. I took my car to B&C and asked them to look at my car and tell me which repairs and replacements were needed. They looked at my car and told me the belts and fluid replacements (except brake fluid) were not required and the brakes did need replacement. They were prompt and considerate in all their communications and they gave a a ride home and back to shop (less than five miles) without making me wait around for hours.

Once again, B&C got me back on the road in one day. I'm handy but just didn't have the time to diagnose a bad fuel pump then drop the gas tank to swap parts. I would have sold my 20 year old truck long ago but B&C keeps me rolling.

I feel at eases when I bring in my cars that I am getting my repairs an Maintenance done right.

Took our Honda CRV in for the required pre-registration renewal smog check, and received very prompt, professional and friendly (almost familiy-like!) service. The pricing is not as cut-rate as you'll be able to find scouring the internet, but it is fair for the work done and service (and satisfaction guarantee / follow-up) delivered. We trust these folks, and will recommend to our friends.

I liked that they had shuttles. I could go anywhere I wanted to go. They are very very customer oriented and nice. They have excellent coupons and call you to follow up. They are very affordable.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires, they fixed it within 30 minutes! I called to see if it could be looked at and Steve told me to bring it in, they'd look at it that afternoon. Everything was great, I'm on the road again with no problem - they always look after my family's vehicles. I rely on them with confidence!

They performed a 90,000 mile check on my car and did regular maintenance. they always thoroughly inspect the car. They do a good job with my car and I will continue to use them.
