I had a check engine light come up on my dash and set up a time with the dealer and took it in. After plugging in, the issue was a EVAP leak. The advisor gave us a expensive total which was to get it check and make sure it is what it is. I then realize I had purchase a extended warranty (MaxCare) when I bought my car years ago. I feel stupid…I should’ve checked that’s first but never had to use it until now. I called and they gave me a link to find authorize mechanic shop they work with. After searching, B&C Auto came up on the list. I remember we took my husband’s van here before, but that was years ago and we really like them. We call and Steve picked up the phone and we explain to him that a check engine came on and would like to bring in the car to get it checked out and fix. We told him that we had a extended warranty through MaxCare and he said that they work with MaxCare a lot. He even told us they take care of calling MaxCare for approval also. That was a plus plus for me. When we brought in the car to be dropped off Steve was right there at the front desk. He is really friendly, welcoming and listen to everything we wanted to explain to him. Even though we came in for the check engine light issue, we end up wanting a transmission flush replacement done as well. He said they will take a look at that as well and give us a call later on about the price. There was another older gentleman as well which was at the back desk. He was really nice and heard everything we wanted and told us he would make sure to check everything for us. In all, I really like them and will be bringing my car to them from now on.

Excellent service. I called Monday for a brake problem and Derek had me bring my truck in. I was a bit surprised when he called later and said repairs were completed. Well done

As always B&C Auto takes great care of my Auto. I have known them and dealt with them for many years for me and my two Daughters. I brought in a different Auto for the first time for them to replace the spark plugs, etc. Less than 3 hours later it was ready. Wow, I cannot believe the difference. The performance is awesome. I bought my “camary hybrid” about 14 years ago, since then all car maintenance was in the “Capital Toyota”. About one year ago, the Capital Toyota told me, that there are 4 items should be fixed. The cost will be about $3100, since I am a long time customer, it will be discount to $3000, including tax. I’m very hesitated. If so many problems in my car, maybe should buy a new car. I talked to my neighbor, he introduced me to “B&C Auto Center”. Honestly I just go there to try, didn’t expect too much. They checked and told me my car no such problems, then they did the regular mentinence and fixed some small things, just cost me $110. It was surprise me and feel happy. The manager and technician are kind, honestly and very professional. I will stick with “B&C Auto Center” and say good bye to Capital Toyota. J H.
