I had a 100,000 service on my Avalon. Had a AM appt and to pick it up about 4:00. The schedule was met and they gave me a ride home in the morning. A checked off list was given to me w/ a list of items replaced.. Welll satisfied with the service and would recommend them for Toyota service.
