I'm looking for a regular go-to shop for service and repair on my automobiles. It seems that B&C is it - the interaction with them is straightforward and friendly. And I don't get the feeling I'm paying for expensive overhead like I do at the dealers.

As ALWAYS B&C Auto has "my" overall best interest at hand. When the repairs exceed my current financial status (as they currently did) they helped make a plan within my budget to get the repairs done and not cause further mechanical damages by waiting. They NEVER tell me it MUST BE DONE NOW (unless it really does need to be done immediately). Mechanics are amazing! Guys in the office ~Derek & Steve~ are my favorites! They are funny, light hearted and genuine! Nice to have the "mom & pop business feel" in a large city like San Jose, CA.
