Great job finding and fixing an intermittent problem with what turned out to be multiple causes.

Members of the B & C Auto Team were cordial. As each worker stepped into the office to drop off paperwork or give an update, they acknowledged the presence of a customer with a smile, "How are you?", etc. One of the most appreciated and helpful piece of information was the complimentary auto check-up. Not only was there a thorough check but Steve also went over "must do's" or "can wait" items. This was extremely helpful for me in budgeting for future repairs. Thank you! NH

Excellent service. B&C's mechanic took the time to walk me through the work needed and prioritized it so that not everything had be done at once. Their prices were very fair. Steven and Derek are terrific at the desk/phones.

Have been taking my cars to B & C for over 10 years. Have found them to be accurate, accommodating, and punctual in having the car's work done on time. I never have concerns that the job won't be done correctly the first time.

I used to live in SJ and Ron and crew took care of my pathfinder and I didn't have anything to worry about. They would always try to maximize my repair dollars and I never felt like I had to worry- my car was their worry. I have since moved out of SJ and I am always regretting that BC auto is too far away to do my service. There is room for a new shop in Park City- Ron. Ed

B&C is the best and they've been servicing my cars for a few years now. Brought my car in for regular maintenance and as usual, they checked everything out, gave me an honest assessment and only did only the necessary repairs.

Service is always great... and the workmanship is always of the highest quality.

I've been taking my cars here for a few years and I'm very happy with their service. They tell me when repairs can wait, so I'm more inclined to believe them when they say a repair can't wait. They also help me get to work after dropping off my car in the morning.
