I drove 30 minutes out of the way to bring my car to B&C because they are one of the only auto repair shops that I can say I trust 100% to make the right decisions. This time I took my car in and pretty much gave them a blank check to do whatever needed done because the car is approaching 100K miles and I want to use it for my daughters over the next few years. Even with that, they continually looked for ways to save money. That is uncommon in general, and in particular in the bay area where customer service at auto repair shops is basically non-existent. Thank you B&C!

It's hard to find a mechanic (let alone an entire garage full of them) that are as honest as the guys at B&C. I have no reservations recommending them for anything you need repaired on your car.

Tried out this shop at the glowing recommendations of my neighbors. This shop lived up to all of my expectations and more. I needed an oil change for my SUV and was worried that a Jiffy Lube could not handle my luxury vehicle and that a dealership would take advantage of me. B&C Auto Center has amazing service and charged a Fair & Low Price. The tech was quick and efficient. All of my expectations were exceeded. This shop knows the meaning of Excellent Customer Service.
