Dear Ron, I want to say THANK YOU to you & your crew for helping me with my Honda Odyssey last month. After experiencing much difficulty with a former auto shop, you came highly recommended by my brother Jim. I had spoken on the phone with Derek before having the van towed to B&C. He was so helpful & thorough in explaining what would happen. In addition, I had a few conversations with Steve, who also displayed such patience as he described what was going on & while listening to my questions & ramblings!! I can't tell you how much I appreciate the way I was made to feel "equal," as I was informed of the various tests & such, while in fact I am clueless when it comes to mechanics. though I hadn't even met Derek or Steve, they treated me with consideration & respect. A difficult problem was fixed to our satisfaction.

After extreme disappointment with our usual mechanic, along with a lot of stress and WAY TOO MUCH MONEY spent, B&C AUTO CENTER was recommended by my brother. He expressed how he was BEYOND PLEASED with the results of his visits there. From the first conversations I had with Derek, and then Steve, I KNEW I had made the right choice. Each IMMEDIATELY put me at ease with the way they listened. Their willingness to take the time necessary to explain IN DETAIL, all that was being done ....... it's a feeling that's difficult to express .... even as a FEMALE !! They are AWESOME. They do what it takes to figure out the problem, and then they fix it. Although it's a bit out of the way for me, WITHOUT A DOUBT, I will return for my vehicle's needs. :- )
