First time trying B&C on the recommendation of a neighbor. Very happy with the thoroughness of the service. quote was accurate and work was completed on time. Difficult to trust a new shop but they earned my repeat business with their quality work.

I was so impressed with these guys! I've had pretty bad experiences with some other places, and I wasn't expecting much, but everyone was sooooooo nice. I needed an "emergency" oil change (I had put it off for a month and suddenly I was going to be taking a road trip i hadn't anticipated). I called Wednesday at 3pm, and they fit me in at 8am the next day. It only took them about 40 minutes, and I was able to get to work on time that morning. The owner was great (I assume he's the owner). He actually had a pleasant conversation with me as I waited, which is something that's never happened to me while getting auto work done. All the customers that came in while i was there were treated similarly, pleasant conversation and like they were regulars.. even if they weren't. I've only been here once but I'm super impressed!

After experiencing much difficulty with a former auto shop, you came highly recommended by my brother Jim. I had spoken on the phone with Derek before having the van towed to B&C. He was so helpful & thorough in explaining what would happen. In addition, I had a few conversations with Steve, who also displayed such patience as he described what was going on & while listening to my questions & ramblings!! I can't tell you how much I appreciate the way I was made to feel "equal," as I was informed of the various tests & such, while in fact I am clueless when it comes to mechanics. though I hadn't even met Derek or Steve, they treated me with consideration & respect.
