I've gone to B&C for a long time, I think over 10 years. In a way, that speaks for itself. If people don't treat you right, why would you return? I like the fact that it is a small shop and I've come to know Ron and the others by name. Over the years, I've had 4 different cars in for their service. I have yet to find a job they couldn't do, on almost any make of car. A recent example of their service? I had to take the car back in after a brake job for something that just didn't feel right. They put it back on the rack while I waited, did a quick review, found the problem and fixed it on the spot. You hope a shop would act that way, but I've been to others where they wanted to quote additional fees, based on whatever they might find. At B&C, they just took care of me....and I wanted to feel like that...that service and my happiness was at the forefront of what they did, not just another billable opportunity. I recommend these guys all the time to friends. It's hard to say that you trust any repair shop, but I do trust B&C. Thanks guys, for doing it right!

I always love the customer service that I receive from B & C Auto. They give me a ride home after I drop off my car and even remind me when my next service is due. I also enjoy the Christmas Cards and also emails about my car.

I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful that the B&C family is all about. The cost is hugely reasonable and they are always looking for a way to reduce them. They have referred me to others when they cannot or should not perform a service. I always choose B&C whenever we have any car issues.

Have been going to B&C for years. They always do a great job, and got my car back to me quickly. All the employees are very friendly and nice. I have moved to Los Gatos so I'm a bit further away now.
