I have been taking our families cars for many years at B & C. I enjoy their outstanding customer service as well as their great work on all of our cars. I would recommend B & C Auto to anybody who is looking for a great shop that can do work on any car whether it's a classic car to a brand new car.

We are long-time customers and have always been pleased with the quality of service, the dependability of the repairs with reasonable prices and we know we can trust them to do only work that is needed. Many places will pad the bill with unnecessary repairs but B & C has always kept us apprised of what needed to be done and what would wait until a future visit. When we've had an emergency, they've always worked us in quickly and they stand behind their work.

The guys at B&C are honest and really seem to enjoy working there. And they gave me a ride to and from work without complaint. I'm very happy I found B&C and plan to continue using them.

A friend recommended I bring my Diesel truck to B&C a couple years back and I've been a happy customer ever since. Not only do they get me great service at the shop, but I get great service before and after my visits. I especially appreciate the reminders and coupons I get in the mail. I always have the confidence that my car will be in good running order. If I am not satisfied, I know B and C will to the very best to find the root of the problem. They keep me updated on troubled spots that could cause problems in the future. Everyone is always friendly and take the time to answer all questions.

I feel comfortable with them for a for a number of reasons: they do excellent work, the vehicle is done in a timely manner, they go out of their way to assist me when my vehicle is down, their prices are reasonable, and they never talk down to me because I am a woman. The garage is clean and the overall experience is pleasant. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

as a woman i often wonder if im being taken advantage of by auto centers. the staff at B and C auto are always very communicative, clear and honest. i never have to worry about them jipping me, or doing something unneeded on my car which will cost me more money. I really appreciate that!

I moved to Los Gatos & had an auto repair place recommended. They also will let me pay off the bill in 2 or 3 months, which B&C would not do. Other than that B&C is highly recommended.
