Excellent experience. Pattie at the lobby was very friendly, competent, asking good questions and describing what should be done at my mileage, as well as what B&C offers to get customers coming back. I was impressed. Others at the company were equally attentive to me in a genuine way.

In general, I really dislike mechanics. They have all of the information about what is going on with your car and can use that to their own advantage. Therefore, I was quite upset when my previous mechanic went out of business. To find a new mechanic I did my research on Angie's List and found B and C Auto Center in Willow Glen. I took my Acura MDX to B and C for a 90,000 mile "major" service and expected the worst. To my surprise, I had a wonderful experience. They told me what work needed to be done and, as importantly, they told me why the work needed to be done. They were quick, thorough and charged less than the dealer. I found both Ron, the owner, and Patti, the primary contact person, to be very forthright and honest. In short, I had a wonderful experience at B and C, and will continue to take all of our vehicles there. Guy S.

We have a 1990 Volvo sedan with 265,000 miles and needed to decide whether to fix up and keep or sell. Based on good experience with B & C, I had them inspect the Volvo, including replacing a broken turn signal lens. My wife and I decided that if the cost was $1000 or less, we'd do it, since we love the car so much. Their estimate was $1100, but we decided to authorize the work. They did the work in one day! Not only that, but they were able to save $150 along the way.

Working with B&C was a great experience from the beginning to the end. We both were amazingly impressed with both the friendliness, their obvious commitment to service, and the professionalism of this auto shop. I had become disenfranchised from my old shop when it was sold and the work wasn't as good and I was thrilled to find a mechanic again that I can trust. Patty went out of her way to accommodate us to make sure that they could get the work done in our tight time schedule. The cost was higher then the estimate because they found some other issues as they went but this was all very understandable and reasonable. They did a great job! Even though they were farther away from us then I am used to, they were willing to provide a ride when we needed it and I will travel to them in a heartbeat. This was an excellent experience and we were all impressed and will be referring clients to them and will be bringing all of our cars there.

The men at this service station are very professional and courteous. We like the time it takes to get anything done there and they always answer our questions knowledgeably. The price for this change was right around where we thought it should be.
