When I lived in San Jose, I used B&C for all my non-warranty auto repairs and maintenance. I now live in Milwaukee, but still maintain a car in San Jose for when my wife and I are back in town monthly on business. Last week, my wife was having trouble with the battery and I told her to give Ron a call. They worked it out so she could drop off the car when she left town, and they worked out details with a friend of our to have it picked up. We arranged for payment over the phone and it was all just easy. I always know that I can trust Ron and his people to give me a honest assessment (either good or bad), do the work right, and at a fair price. I highly recommend B&C for ALL non-warranty vehicle work.

Dropped off my car for oil & lube but was told I had a leak in my coolant. They had to keep my car overnight. The next day I picked up my car and everything was fixed. Great efficient service.

I have taken my car to a couple places and have combed through the forums and blogs looking for an answer as to why my car wouldn't automatically unlock when I put it in park. After fixing the broken unlock mechanism (and by the way, the first time the part wasn't an exact match so they redid all the work free of charge and without a hassle), they FINALLY figured it out and got it to work. Wow!

I brought two cars to repair. The staff at B & C Auto Center were attentive to my requests. They finished both cars in a very timely manner. I highly recommend B & C Auto Center.

They did a great job troubleshooting an item. The dealer wanted to replace a large portion, and as it turns out, they found the actual culprit and did it for 25% of the quote from the dealer. Very friendly and professional!

I would never take my car anywhere else. I trust them to be honest about any work that needs to be done. I usually only need the oil and lube and checkup. My car is 9 years old, and I've very seldom needed extra work. When work is needed, they notify me when I take it in for the oil and lube what may need to be done the next visit.

My BMW overheated and I turned to friends for recommendations on an honest and reasonably priced mechanic. A friend recommended his go-to repair shop for his own BMW. Derek, the Service Manager, was friendly, funny and thorough with his explanation of the repairs. When I came back to get my car, it had been washed and drove beautifully. I will be taking my car back to B&C for future repairs.

Work was done well as we've come to expect!! You've spoiled us over the years!! Appreciated getting all the work done while I waited and especially appreciated Steve T. going the extra mile to teach me how to set up or control all the bells and whistles in our "new to us" car!!

I always think the work is excellent. I wish time quotes were more accurate. I was qouted an 1 1/2. Delivered the car at 7:30 am and didn't get called til 2:30 for an oil change. While I did get a loaner the milage is limited and I couldn't do the things I had planned for that day. My coupon also stated if I made an appt online I would get a five $ starbucks card. Could not make appt online, there isn't a place to do that on site. Sent a contact request. Told someone there and still didn't get card or an explanation. Don't really care about the card but I do care that no one followed up on that.
