The folks were very nice. The car was done quickly. The offer for a ride home was very appreciated.

From the time I call B&C Auto to let them know my car is having issues, to the time I drop it off and finally go in and pay for services done, I can not praise B&C Auto enough. They are excellent in what they do and the integrity & character it is done with speaks volumes. The guys in the office are friendly; polite; kind and are on top of calling to let me know what's up with the repairs; when car is finished; and quick in explaining the repairs done as well as receiving payments when pick my car up. I LOVE the fact after a week, they ALWAYS call to see how things are going in respect to the repairs done! I LOVE B&C AUTO! They are truly a business that cares about the Car Owners as well as the Car! Thanks Guys!

As always the best service! I've been taking my cars to B & C since 1991. You can always tell when a garage not only take pride in their work, but that each employee is happy about being their by two simple things: Is the place clean and organized and how friendly everyone is. You will always find this and B & C. Two other thing come to mind when I think of all the years of service (true service) I've received there...honesty and trust! I was looking for a place to get my oil changed, and this place had good reviews. I liked that it was a single location instead of a big chain place. As an added bonus, they had a great coupon for an oil change up on their website, so I called and set up an appointment. They couldn't fit me in the same day, but could have gotten me in the next day. I scheduled it for a couple days later on my next day off. Showed up for my appointment, and had a great time chatting with the two guys up front while my vehicle was getting the oil change and inspection. The only thing the inspection turned up was a minor oil leak, and everything else looked good. Not bad for an old Jeep!

Came in for an oil change. The technician found a few other things that needed to be done right away and some things that could be put off for a while longer. Having Saturday service was helpful for my schedule. Price was reasonable.

The guys always let me know what I need to know and make great suggestions on ways to make my cars last a bit longer. Ron has put together a great team and I appreciate their excellent service.

I brought my nissan in for an oil change. The crew was very courteous and efficient. The atmosphere was pleasant and the office was very tidy and organized.They gave me a detailed list of the things that needed attention. They followed up with an email of the diagnostic and estimates. Gave me good advice and what I really respected, was that they didn't make me feel pressured. It was overall a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be back.

This a a great place to take my BMW. Wonderful personnel that meet my needs. The work is done well and in a timely fashion.
