Members of the B & C Auto Team were cordial. As each worker stepped into the office to drop off paperwork or give an update, they acknowledged the presence of a customer with a smile, "How are you?", etc. One of the most appreciated and helpful piece of information was the complimentary auto check-up. Not only was there a thorough check but Steve also went over "must do's" or "can wait" items. This was extremely helpful for me in budgeting for future repairs. Thank you! NH
