I scheduled an appointment with Steve on Oct. 11 at 8 a.m. to change the crumbled cover of my speakers (Toyota used cheap plastic as opposed to metal [material used for Toyota Camry 2000]). Steve worked on my car as soon as I arrived and I was in and out of the auto center within 30 minutes. I received a call from Derek two days after my speakers were fixed to make sure everything was ok. I will definitely be back for future maintenance service.

B & C has always been consistent in their service to customers. Every employee acknowledges each customer in the office. Repair work is explained fully so one is aware if the work needs to be completed immediately, or can wait. The only thing you can add to customer service, is to provide a car wash! Hee-Hee!

B and C Auto guys go out of their way to be sure their customers are well taken care of. They are friendly, courteous and get you in and out in a timely manner. If something does not need to be done.... they won't do it. They are ethical and fair in their service and pricing. Best auto shop ever! GF
